Velvt Copyright and Content Rights Policy

Velvt supports artists’ ownership of their work. Members must have permission to upload, display or share music, recordings, artwork, photos, videos, text and other material.
Rights and permissions
You retain ownership of your original work. Sharing it on Velvt grants the limited operational permission described in the Terms, not ownership of your catalog. Obtain permission from collaborators and relevant rights holders, including for recordings, compositions, samples, performances, artwork and identifiable people where required. A short clip, attribution, a link or noncommercial intent does not by itself establish permission.
Report suspected infringement
Use the report reason Stealing or misusing music, or email submission@redvelvetstudio.com with the subject Velvt copyright concern. Identify the work you own or represent, the exact profile or content link, your contact details, and why you believe the use is unauthorized. Include relevant authorization or ownership information and identify any applicable license or exception you know about.
Do not send unreleased master files when a link or description is sufficient. Do not knowingly submit false or misleading claims. This support channel is for content-rights concerns; its publication does not represent that Red Velvet Studios has registered a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.
Review and response
We assess sufficiently specific reports, may ask for clarification and may restrict or remove content while a concern is reviewed. Relevant details may be shared with the uploader as necessary to investigate or respond, subject to privacy and safety considerations. Repeated infringement can result in account restrictions or termination.
If your content is removed and you believe the decision is wrong, contact support with the affected link, decision details and the basis for your rights or other lawful use. We consider appropriate review requests; legal notices and statutory procedures, when applicable, are handled under the relevant requirements.
