Support
Email submission@redvelvetstudio.com. Include your username, the issue, the approximate time and relevant profile or order links. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or full payment-card details. Support is not an emergency-response channel.
Safety and moderation
Use Report on a profile or in a conversation when available. For public content or sign-in problems, email the profile link and a factual description. To ask for a moderation review, identify the decision and explain why it should be reconsidered. Do not attach harmful material when a link is sufficient. For immediate danger, contact appropriate emergency services.
Child safety
Use the subject Child safety β Velvt and follow the Child Safety Standards. Do not email or redistribute suspected CSAM.
Privacy and deletion
Follow the Account Deletion and Data Requests page to request account closure, permanent erasure, access or correction. Email requests can be made without installing an app. Selecting an email link prepares a message; you must send it to submit the request.
