Velvt Child Safety Standards

Velvt, operated by Red Velvet Studios, prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards apply to the website and all community profiles, messages, groups, media and external links shared through Velvt. An adults-only age rule does not remove the need to protect children.
Prohibited conduct and material
No child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, sexualized depictions of minors, or promotion or facilitation of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes synthetic, manipulated or AI-generated material and links or instructions intended to obtain or distribute it. Do not use Velvt to arrange abusive contact on another service.
Age restrictions
Velvt accounts are restricted to people aged 18 and older. Suspected underage accounts are subject to review and restriction. Misrepresenting age or helping another person bypass age restrictions violates our rules.
How to report
Use the reporting controls in Velvt and select the relevant reason, including Underage user, Inappropriate or sexual content, or Unsafe behavior outside Velvt. You may also contact submission@redvelvetstudio.com with the subject Child safety β Velvt. Include the profile or content link, username, approximate time and a description sufficient to locate the issue.
Do not download, attach, email or redistribute suspected CSAM. A link and factual description are preferable. Do not investigate or engage with a suspected offender on our behalf. Contact appropriate emergency services when someone faces immediate danger.
Response and escalation
We assess child-safety reports, restrict access to suspected violating content and accounts as appropriate, and remove confirmed prohibited material. Necessary evidence may be preserved with restricted access for safety or legal purposes. Where required by law, reports are made to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant competent authority, and we cooperate with valid legal requests. Repeated or serious violations can lead to permanent exclusion from Velvt.
Contact and accountability
The operational child-safety contact channel for Red Velvet Studios and Velvt is submission@redvelvetstudio.com. This channel accepts user, platform and authority concerns and routes them for review. A designated individual must also be provided directly to an app marketplace when its submission process requires one. Published standards do not replace active moderation, escalation procedures or applicable legal obligations.
